Baan Sawan Resort is a group of managed private homes located in a quiet residential area of Klong Haeng Village. Boasting spacious grounds and a big swimming pool (larger than many hotels!), it would make ideal accommodation for families. The advantages of Baan Sawan over conventional hotels or private villa rental (other than the much lower cost) can be seen immediately on arrival: the atmosphere is laid back and convivial - each family has its own private house, but children can make friends and have others to play with in the pool. There is a reception area with a minimart, as well as a pool bar serving drinks, breakfast and lunch There is a complimentary resort tuk-tuk service for those who wish to shop or dine on Ao Nang beach front.
