Located in Paseo Joan de Borbo on the fifth floor in a building with elevator. It a breathtaking panoramic view over the Marina. Close to the metro station Barceloneta (L4) and ten minutes from Las Ramblas. This apartment is ideal for 4 people and is distributed in a double bedroom and a living room with a small double sofa bed in the living room for 1 adult or two children. Fully equipped with air conditioning and wifi and the livingroom has access to the terrace of 2 square meters where you can eat or sunbathe enjoying the view. The modern bathroom has a shower and a toilet. For sunset lovers this apartment is a perfect choice. Check-in is free of charge Monday-Friday 15:00-18:00.
