Occupying a restored farmhouse and an annexe in rural Suffolk, this elegant bed-and-breakfast is 3 miles from Stowmarket town centre, 4 miles from the Museum of East Anglian Life, and 9 miles from Helmingham Hall (16th-century gardens and deer park).
Shabby-chic rooms come with en suite bathrooms with heated towel racks, and feature tea and coffeemaking facilities, flat-screen TVs, DVD players and free Wi-Fi. A suite, set in an annexe, adds a sitting area and a balcony. There's also a wooden cabin with a deck.
