Our grade II listed barns have been imaginatively brought back to life to offer four, fully equipped, 4 star, self-catering choices. Many origianal features remain including beautiful old beams and stone walls. They are in quiet farmland, sharing a fabulous walled, sunken garden. Boningale Manor is easily accessible from junctions 3 or 4 of the M54, only minutes away from Patshull Park, David Austin Roses, RAF Cosford & Albrighton, Weston Park, Telford & Ironbridge, Codsall & Wolverhampton. For those looking to establish a touring base, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury, Church Stretton, Ludlow, Stafford, Chester & The Black Country all lie within 30 to 60 minutes. What to expect at Boningale Manor... Snowdrops begin to herald spring, then thousands upon thousands of 19th century daffodils (14 different kinds) attract many visitors. Around Mothering Sunday, guests may ask to take a mixed two dozen home! As our daffodils fade, bluebells start to fill our fields. Our Edwardian azelea garden springs into glorious life and the air is filled with the bleating of new lambs. We keep paths cut in our meadows so that guests can stretch their legs after a drive and enjoy views to the famous Salopian landmark of The Wrekin. On warm summer evenings, enjoy a barbeque or a drink in the garden. In Autumn as the leaves change colour and fall, plums, apples, damsons and pears ripen in the orchard. Choose from one bedroom apartments, The Hayloft, on the first floor, [sleeps 2/3 plus cot] or The Haywain, on the ground floor, easily accessible for less able guests - mobility one [sleeps2/3 plus cot] A two bedroom cottage, Lupin Cottage [sleeps 4-6] or The Round House, a unique, circular, ground floor barn conversion with double/twin bedroom plus a galleried, single bedroom on a mezzanine floor.
