Friendly family run guest house. Caters for families, couples, single occupants and also business travellers. Quiet location off main roads with easy access to Bournemouth, Boscombe and surrounding areas. Situated within the Boscome Spa Resort, between the town centres of Bournemouth and Boscombe and only a 10 minute walk to the 7 miles of golden sandy beaches. The guest house is a large detached Victorian house set in it's own grounds, with an enclosed garden at the rear of the property available for use by guests. The accommodation comprises single, double and family rooms, with en suite or private showering facilities available. The bedrooms are light and spacious, with colour TV including digital channels, radio alarm clock and complimentary refreshments provided. Hairdryers, iron and ironing board are available on request. Free Wi Fi connection available throughout the building. A large spacious guest lounge, with colour TV and digital channels, DVD player (a selection of DVD's are available) for use by guests during your stay. Secure wet or dry suit drying area and storage available for surfers and divers Please note that access to the hotel is by two steps up to the front door, so may be unsuitable for people with walking disabilities. Free private car parking is available. The vibrant cosmopolitan town of Bournemouth has it all - a vast variety of attractions in and around Bournemouth, shops, restaurants and, buzzing nightlife,events, theatres & shows and endless countryside with beautiful award-winning gardens and watersports including Europe's first artificial surf reef in Boscombe. The award winning Boscombe Pier and Boscombe Spa Resort plus Europe's first man made surfers reef are all within easy walking distance from the hotel, approximately 750m, and can be reached via the 'Green' flag winning Boscombe Chine Gardens. Bournemouth 02 Academy is situated in Boscombe town centre.
