This 1643 Jacobean Farm Manor House and cottages is set in a modest 45 acre estate on the edge of the World Heritage City of Bath. The buildings are Grade II listed and the property is set in an official area of outstanding beauty and area of conservation. Brittons Farm Estate was the first property to built in the small hamlet of Beach home to some TV celebrities including Noel Edmonds. The property offers all the excitement of Bath yet is situated in the heart of beautiful countryside offering an excellent fusion of 'Town and Country' living. Your accommodation is only 7 minutes by car into the heart of the city centre and less than 3 minutes from 'Landsdown Park and Ride' We also offer a VIP package where you can be 'chauffeur driven' in and out of the city centre by a luxury Range Rover. We offer a flexible package of accommodation options - from a Bed and Breakfast Double or Twin bedroom experience in our adjacent cottage with its own private garden, through to renting the whole cottage with its 4 bedrooms - all ensuite with kitchen, dining room and living room. All our bedrooms are very well equipped and include a 42 Flat Screen TV - Sky Satellite TV - DVD player and selection of movies - Hifi system with radioCD player and a selection of music to suit most tastes. Breakfast options are from continental through to a healthy organic 'Full English' using where possible only locally produced 'West Country' produce. Although the property is termed a 'farm' it is not a working farm as such and therefore you need not worry about the 'noise and smells' sometimes associated with a farm based BandB experience! We offer modern and contemporary living set in a traditional environment - you won't find any 'Chintz' - so if Chintz is what you are after then we are not able to oblige.
