The Brunnerhof is a typical Alpine-style farmhouse in the centre of Scharnitz at the foothills of the Karwendel Mountain Range. It features an inviting garden and offers free tractor rides to scenic destinations.

A ski lift, a cross-country ski run, and an ice rink are close by. The ski bus stop to the Rosshütte Ski Area in Seefeld is 200 yards away from the Brunnerhof. The ride takes about 10 minutes. Cross-country skiing trails of the Seefelder Plateau pass right next to the house.
