The apartments are all standard level, furnished to feel you homelike. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and living-room. The apartments are spacious enough to relax, work or even to invite guests and offer them a dinner. You will find Sakala Residence right in the centre of Tallinn, just a few minutes walking distance, 400 meters, from the medieval old town. It is a quiet and green area. Raekoja Residence is a medieval building right in the middle of Tallinn Old Town, on the Town Hall Square. It is the right place for those who prefer to enjoy the feeling of the medieval old town. There we offer you 2-bedroom apartments which all average in size around 60-70 m2, so there is enough space to accommodate a group of friends or a family. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living-room. Most of bathrooms have got also a sauna. Our apartments are located in the centre of Tallinn. Sakala Residence is located in the city centre, within 400 meters from Tallinns Medieval Old Town. Raekoja Residence is located in the middle of Tallinn Old Town, on the Town Hall square.
