This spacious ground floor apartment is located in the Schorn district. just outside the charming and well-known town of Abtenau. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. a bathroom and a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen. The living room gives out onto a very large and sunny terrace. The terrace. which borders the lovely garden. is equipped with a barbecue grill and garden furniture. For shared use there is a relaxation room complete with a sauna. and also a ski cellar. which is wonderful in the winter. The owner can provide fresh bread rolls daily so that you can enjoy a delicious breakfast without having to go to the shop first. Abtenau is renowned as an ideal holiday destination. the natural setting is magnificent. it offers a long toboggan run and a great swimming pool. and there s no shortage of hiking and mountain biking options in the summer. In the winter you can choose between the ski areas at Abtenau or at Russbach. In short. an ideal location at an excellent value. |
