The sunny studio apartment in Paris, is located on the 7th floor of a building (with elevator) in the chic 7th arrondissement of Paris, right by the Dome des Invalides and a few steps from the Champs de Mars. Offering a separate kitchen, balcony, and bathroom with bathtub.

The studio apartment offers a main living area furnished with a double sofa bed (140cm wide), a chest of drawers on which stands the TV, two small armchairs, a side table with the telephone and Internet connection, there is a large window with sliding doors, allowing for plenty of natural sunlight.

The small but separate kitchen is complete with two parallel work surfaces, one of which with electric hobs and a sink, whilst the oven is built-in in a hanging wall unit, to save space. The bathroom, fitted with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, is facing the foyer.

The apartment is located in the very heart of the lovely Saint-Germain neighbourhood, in the 7ème arrondissement which, together with the 6ème arrondissement and the Latin Quarter, make the Rive Gauche. The main streets of this neighbourhood are boulevard St Germain, which runs parallel to the River Seine, and rue de Rennes, which goes from Place de St Germain des Prés to Tour Montparnasse.
