Glebe House, a listed property originating from 1580 but of course has been modernised for today's high standards for comfort. The four bedooms are very individual in character and decor all have hand made doors, oak beams, sloping ceilings floors. For our delicious Glebe House meals, we use as many locally grown sourced products as possible. Offering food for special diets and vegetarians. Adjoining Glebe Farm produces - Organic Spelt Wheat, Barley Oats for its Bread Flours, Beer Lagers, Cereals, Gluten free and Wheat free. For guests booking a mid week two night stay, we can organise a two course dinner for the second night of your stay(48hrs notice required- 2 consecative nights). Menus then sent on by email for choices. Huntingdonshire is known as 'Cromwell Country' and Kings Ripton village sits in the middle of it. We neighbour the Town, City and Countryside with the 'Great Fen Project' in Woodwalton Fen a bird watching paradise on our doorstep, with Marsh Harriers, Hen Harriers, Red Kites, Bittern and several species of Wild Deer are regularily seen. So bring along your binoculars cameras!For business people, we are within easy reach of the business parks at Huntingdon, RAF Wyton, St Ives, Wood Green Animal Centre, Godmanchester, or the tourist attractions of Houghton Mill, Hemingford Grey, Anglesey Abbey, Wimpole Hall the Cathedral cities of Cambridge, Ely Peterborough. Our large driveway offers free off road parking for small - large modes of transport.
