This classy Cape Dutch manor house on a wine estate is 10 km from Wellington train station and 17.6 km from Bain's Kloof Pass.
The 6 chic lofts and suites feature beds with luxe linens and bathrooms with claw-foot tub and heated floors. All come with WiFi, iPod docks and flat-screens. Lofts have thatched roofs; suites add patios and dining areas. A 1707 cottage offers a veranda and minibar.
Breakfast, drinks and high tea are included. Lunch and dinner are also available. Sunset cocktails are served on the veranda, by the saltwater pool or in a fireside library. There's a spa and a bar, plus wine tastings. Kids age 12 and up are welcome.
