This large country house has a pretty Victorian face, and dates back to the 15th century. Gregynog Hall is set in 750 acres of beautiful, formal gardens and countryside. Private parking is free on site.
The traditional rooms are set in either the main house, a separate cottage, and in a converted historic stable yard. All come with a TV and tea and coffee-making facilities, and many have picturesque views of the grounds.
Gregynog Hall has free Wi-Fi in public areas. There is a library with a wide range of books, including a large Arthurian literature collection. In the grounds, there are a variety of way-marked footpaths, as well as hides for birdwatching.
A full, home-cooked breakfast is available each morning, made from local Welsh produce.
