In the year 2003 Mister Carlos Ferraez Matos, a visionary businessman, had the idea to enrich the tourist activity of capital with the construction of a hotel inside the installations of the building Aries, located at Manuel Avila Camacho Avenue 42 in the center of the city of Xalapa, Veracruz-Mexico. Nevertheless, for different reasons the works were suspended.
As homage to one of the pillars of the progress of Xalapa, two years ago the project was taken up again with the original thought that Mr. Carlos had, to give a good service and attention to the visitors of beloved Athens of Veracruz.
