Head Chef, Stuart Fisher and his kitchen brigade pride themselves on preparing realistically priced, imaginative British seasonal cuisine sourced locally where possible. Local fish, cheese, Dingley Dell pork and seasonal items such as game and asparagus feature strongly on the menus which change regularly and are supplemented by specials consisting of, amongst others, daily catches and shellfish.
