The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a comfortable design with good ambience. The spacious living room with open plan kitchen offers ample room and. in addition to the 2 bathrooms. there are also 2 bedrooms. The spacious balcony offers a brilliant view of the lovely surroundings. For general use there is a wellness area with a sauna. There are numerous restaurants and entertainment options within walking distance. The lifts. which take you directly to Altenmarkt's ski and hiking area. can be accessed quickly and free of charge with the free ski-bus that stops in the immediate vicinity. The cross-country ski trail even runs right past the house. The recently opened Therme Amadé baths and wellness centre. which include a covered swimming pool. is within walking distance.The hiking and mountain biking area around Altenmarkt is excellent. with no shortage of sport opportunities for the active holidaymaker or anyone seeking rest and relaxation. In the wintertime. Altenmarkt/Flachau requires no further introduction - the skiing (and après ski) opportunities are enormous!
