Welcome to Club Las Colinas, comfortable apartments and studios in the residential area of Costa Teguise. Build in 2004 offers 48 apartments. Located in the residential and quiet area of Costa Teguise is really close to the golf course, aquatic park Aquapark, and from the tennis and paddle Club Santa Barbara. Many of the apartments offer magnificent views to the sea. It is well communicated and we offer courtesy bus to the center of Costa Teguise several times a day. We offer many services according to its category such as Reception, cleaning of rooms and technical service. In addition to facilities such as swimming pools, one for adults and one for the kids, solarium, snack bar, laundry, internet corner, minimarket, and much more. The apartments of one bedroom are quiet large and have about 70 ms, counts with an ample loungedining area, bathroom, terrace or balcony and complete kitchen totally equipped with microwaves, 2 rings, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
