A recently refurbished free-standing house next to a hotel 650 yards from the centre of Mariapfarr. An open plan living/dining room with kitchen forms the heart of the house and accesses the private patio. upstairs bathroom and two bedrooms (the children s bunk room accessed in turn through the double bedroom). Downstairs is a small hall and the other bunk bed room with en-suite bathroom. The TV has NL channels and all appliances and furnishings are modern. In the neighbouring hotel you can use the free internet hotspot in the Michelin-recommended restaurant and the garden in summer. There is a washing machine on the ground floor under the living room which the hotel guests may also use.
