The lobby houses a reception desk and lifts. Parking spaces are available for those arriving by car (fees apply). For a holiday that has the best of both worlds - tranquil and relaxing, or fun and lively - the Mariscal 5 is perfectly positioned. It's in a quiet area of town with views over fields, yet is only 500 metres to one of Spain's best beaches, the Levante. There are enough bars and restaurants close by to provide quick, convenient meals and drinks and the centre of Benidorm, full of entertainment, shops and bars, is easily accessible.
The apartments are designed to sleep up to 6 people. There is a choice of one-bedroom apartments with sofa bed in the lounge for four people, or two-bedroom apartments, again with a sofa bed, for six people. Simply, but comfortably furnished, the Mariscal 5 give the option for an economically priced, value for money holiday, by providing just enough equipment for a pleasant stay. Each apartment has a toaster, microwave and kettle in the kitchen, a TV and Fans available for hire, electric heaters, smoke and fire detectors, and towels are changed twice a week.
