Book the Miodowa Apartment for a memorable holiday in the oldest historical district of Poland's capital. This 3 star Warsaw Old Town apartment has an excellent location within a 5 minute walk of the Market Square, St. John's Cathedral, the Royal Castle, and many other Warsaw attractions. On the third floor of a quaint multi-storey building on Miodowa Street, the apartment has great views of the Old Town from its windows. The Miodowa Apartment has its own washer and dryer, but if you prefer not to bother with laundry during your trip, the staff can provide inexpensive laundry and ironing services. The apartment will be cleaned and the linens changed for free once a week during your stay; for an extra charge, you can request more frequent cleanings and linen service. Baby cots are not included in the price and cost PLN 30,00. The apartment management also offers an airport shuttle service, subject to charges. This apartment is the perfect place to launch your explorations of Warsaw's Old Town (called Stare Miasto in Polish, or colloquially Starowka). The heart of the area is the Market Square (Rynek Starego Miasta), laid out sometime in the late 13th or early 14th century, and today surrounded by restaurants, shops, and cafes. Also within walking distance of the apartment is the Masovian Gothic-style St. John's Cathedral (Katedra sw. Jana), one of Poland's national pantheons, with many notable figures from Poland's history buried in the crypts underneath the main aisle. Facing Castle Square is the imposing brick facade of the Royal Castle, once an official residence of the Polish monarchs. You can tour many of its lavish rooms, which have been painstakingly restored after the damage caused in World War II. The Miodowa Apartment is within walking distance of the Stare Miasto tram (streetcar) station and Ratusz station on the Warsaw Metro.
