This Grade II listed property is ideally situated just 75 yards from Chesil Beach and its 18 mile long stretch of pebbles, giving unrivalled access to swimming, diving, fishing, cycling and walking along the rugged Jurassic Coastline. It is a level stroll to the newly built Portland Marina and the National Sailing Academy which is hosting the 2012 Olympics. There are shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants within walking distance and you are only a short drive away from Weymouth Town its sandy beach and the picturesque harbour. The cottage has been lovingly decorated and fitted with high quality furnishings in generously proportioned rooms laid out over 3 floors with a good sized walled garden.
