Panorama Hotel (former Gintaras) was built in 1965 on one of the hills and went through many changes during its life. From the very beginning, it belonged to the trust of Vilnius hotels, which also included hotels Astorija, Vilnius, Neringa, Narutis, and pvaigpde. In 1993, the company was reorganized into AB Gintaro Vieobutis. In November 2006, AB Mikotel, the owner of the hotels Mikotel and Comfort Vilnius, signed the acquisition agreement and became the manager of Panorama Hotel. Vilnius is located on hills and terraces, and its street system developed naturally following the roads going through Vilnius from West to East and from South to North. The city has a triangle system of the street network, which is in a way reflected, by the location of the hotels Mikotel, Comfort Vilnius and Panorama owned by AB Mikotelis. These hotels also make a triangle.
