Silvershore is centrally located on Queensland's Gold Coast on the shoreline of the famous Broadwater, approximately 200 metres north of the Gold Coast Highway. This nine level building has one bedroom plus study, two bedroom and two bedroom plus study apartments. Apartments are equipped with stainless steel appliances and ducted personal control air conditioning. A 25 metre laprecreational pool, sauna and spa, poolside BBQs, a large entertainment terrace and landscaped gardens. A myriad of recreational options await, the local area offers a choice of chic restaurants and cafes, a cosmopolitan social scene just a leisurely stroll away, whilst Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Centre, Southport and the Southport CBD are also nearby. Enjoy the walking and cycling tracks along the Broadwater or simply choose to stroll along the sand.
