Simcoe House is nestled in an unspoilt seaside town, where the River Otter meets the sea. The High Street is full of independent and interesting shops with numerous eating places to suit all tastes. Unique Red Devonian Sandstone cliffs on either side of the town are part of the The South West Coastal. Sidmouth, Exmouth and Exeter are only a short distance away.
The property is comprised of three bedrooms: two in the main house and the other in the Coach House - equipped with fine cotton sheets, refreshment tray, hairdryer, flat screen television, bottled water and Wi-Fi . All have large en-suite bathrooms containing fluffy towels, toiletries and warm towel rails.
An 18th century villa which was the home of General Simcoe. This bed and breakfast guest house has off road parking. It is only 100 metres from Budleigh Salterton beach and just a three minute walk to a selection of shops, restaurants, art galleries and tea rooms.
