These are Studio apartments (for 2 or 3 people; 24-34 square meters; 4 sleeping places with 1 double bed with\without folded sofa); Two-room apartments (for 2 - 5 people; 40-60 square meters; 4 sleeping places with 2 double beds with\without folded sofa); Three-room Deluxe apartments (for 3 -7 people; 95-141 square meters; 8 sleeping places with 3 or 2 double beds with\without 2 folded sofas in different rooms).
The Kiev Rent Service Apartments has recently (2010) been renovated featuring separate kitchens with updated appliances, bathrooms with shower-cabins or bath, and wood floors.
