The property is all on ground level, with ample parking on the shared driveway. The Garden Room is a separate annexed building adjacent to the owner's property and as such you will have access to their delightful child friendly walled garden. On entering the Garden Room there is a well equipped kitchen with double hob, oven and microwave. The comfortable and spacious sitting room/diner has a tv/cd player. There is a large bedroom with a king-size bed or the option of two singles with crisp cotton sheets, and the high-spec bathroom has a separate shower cubicle The Garden Room is immaculately clean and has such a great town centre location you will not be disappointed with your choice. We regret no pets, and please understand that there is a no smoking policy.
