Under new ownership from 18th November 2011 and with a complete refurb it's now a modern welcoming friendly pub. The new head chef Adrian, awarded in other countries for his food, is producing some excellent dishes and compliments are flowing in about the new menu. The Vale Hotel is at the southern gateway to the Cotswold water park which offers activities including sailing, waterjet skiing, fishing, horse riding and golf. We are 6 miles from Swindon and Cirencester for some great shopping trips, or you could take a walk through the rare fritillary fields. We are in easy access to the M5 and M4 so if you would like to explore some of the bigger cities such as Bath, Bristol, Gloucester or Oxford all are only a 40 minute drive away.
