This romantic country house lodging is set in a 12th-century stately home on the 4,000-acre Traquair Estate It's 1.7 miles from the town of Innerleithen and 10.6 miles from St Mary's Loch.
The 3 elegant rooms are decorated with individual colour schemes and antique furniture, and feature canopied beds, en suite bathrooms and free WiFi.
A full Scottish breakfast is included, as is parking. There's also a restaurant in the walled garden, and a residents' bar. The grounds lead to the River Tweed where fishing is available on a private 2-mile stretch. There's also an on-site brewery, as well as craft workshops, a maze and woodland walks.
