Housed in a converted 19th-century flour mill on the banks of the Gatineau River, this sophisticated spa hotel is surrounded by 24 acres of forest. It's 15.5 km from Mont Cascades ski area.
Subdued rooms are set between the mill, a lodge and a chalet, and feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and coffeemakers. Some add fireplaces or whirlpool tubs, as well as wood-panelling or stone walls.
