Pitlessie House Bed and Breakfast Cupar
Cupar Road
Pitlessie House, a Grade II listed Georgian Manor House, set in 1/2 acre of walled gardens, is a delightful small Guest House in North East Fife, only 15 min from St Andrews. Built in 1737 by George Heggie, Provost of Kirkcaldy, it is the historically most important property in the Howe of Fife on the banks of the river Eden. For centuries it was the home of the mill owners of Priestfield Maltings, now award-winning residential dwellings and various doctors and dentists before it was acquired by Kristin, a professional hotelier, who recently retired from the international hotel industry. |
